"I love how helpful the staff is and how fast StateFarm responds to everything so I don't care to pay my high insurance ( and it keeps going up ) . However I can't stand if I call them early or as soon as the office opens , the phone says I am calling after hours . Therefore , I can't get through to no one which is huge inconvenience . I don't recommend doing business early in the morning when they are suppose to open . I've called for over 30 mins today and even went to the office which is directly by my job , I guess there running late."
